It is possible to create a registrant badge with their registration QR code on it using Avery's free 'Design & Print' application.

 

 

Export registrant information like First Name and Last Name. Include the 'Registration ID' field in the export. Then in the Avery software, use the Registration ID field as the source for a QR code element in the layout.
