KAT301 Information
Students planning to enroll in ACCT 301 MUST pass a test of their knowledge of financial accounting. Students will have the opportunity to take the test prior to each semester. Please review the two documents linked below for a more detailed description of the rationale for the test, details on administration of the test, the knowledge assessed, and resources available for students preparing for the test.
Please note that it takes approximately 2 weeks after you pass the KAT exam to be notified with instructions to enroll in ACCT 301. Students who pass the exam are guaranteed a seat in ACCT 301 for the upcoming semester.
